FAQ
What exactly is a “long-running workflow agent” (and how is it different from a chatbot)?
A long-running workflow agent is designed to stay useful over time by operating as part of an ongoing process (not just answering questions once). It’s built to work toward a business outcome, then improve and evolve with your operating style.
Where will the agent run (your servers vs our servers)?
You own the environment where you agent runs. We can deploy an environment on your behalf or host at your site depending on your requirements.
What systems can the agent connect to?
We connect agents to the systems you already use, so they can support real workflows end-to-end (for example, the tools your team relies on day-to-day).
How do you train the agent to match our business rules and operating style?
We initially work in partnership with you to train the agent so it aligns with your business rules and operating style. Our goal is to empower your team to take full ownership over time, with the tools and training needed to independently train, refine, and manage the agents yourselves.
How do you keep agents safe and accountable (governance, approvals, audit logs)?
We build governance and auditability into the system so your team can review what the agent is doing, apply rules, and maintain accountability.
Can we start with a pilot first? How do you choose the first workflow?
Yes. We typically start with workflows that benefit from repetition and structure, and that map clearly to business goals. Then we scope, train, and ship a pilot.
Do you offer ready-made agents, or do you build custom ones for us?
Both approaches can be a fit. We offer:
- Consulting to identify what to automate first and how to design for outcomes
- Ready-made agentic systems you can configure
- Pre-trained agents tailored to your domain and constraints
How long does it take to go from the intro call to a working pilot?
The timing depends on the workflow you choose and how it needs to be scoped and trained. We’ll confirm an approach and plan based on your goals during onboarding.
What data do you need from us, and how do you handle sensitive information?
We start by aligning on what the pilot needs to use. Because the agents run inside your environment, your governance and auditability remain in-house, with responsibility and control staying clear.
How do you support ongoing improvements after the pilot?
Since the goal is a long-running workflow agent, we design for continuous improvement. After the pilot, we can iterate and expand the system as your team’s needs evolve.
What’s included in staff enablement?
Staff enablement includes training, rollout support, and guidance so your team can use and govern the agents safely and effectively.
What do you mean by “portability and exit rights”?
We design the system so responsibility stays with you. That means governance, auditability, and the ability to continue operating (or transition) remain on your terms.
How does pricing work?
Pricing depends on what you choose as a starting point (consulting, ready-made systems, pre-trained agents, and/or staff enablement) and the scope of the pilot and rollout. We’ll outline a plan after learning your goals and constraints.
If the first workflow isn’t a fit, what happens next?
We’ll adjust the pilot scope and move toward a workflow that better matches the value, constraints, and outcomes you want. The intent is to find a practical starting point and build from there.
How will this help my business (what outcomes can we expect)?
Our goal is to turn agentic AI into practical, long-running workflow agents that help teams execute real work toward business goals. In most cases, you can expect:
- automation of structured, repeatable parts of workflows
- clearer governance and accountability
- staff enablement so your team can operate the system confidently
- a path to evolve from a pilot into ongoing workflows
